All digital download orders are final sale, therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges on digital content.
Unused physical products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days. Any damages or defects should be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Refunds are issued through store credit or equal value exchange.
